​The task of the work package Management (WPM) includes all activities with regard to planning, monitoring and control of the project. The project manager is responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of progress and finances, as well as the quality of developed products. 

Work package leaders meet regularly in order to maintain cohesion between IKIC Public Safety work packages. This group serves as contact point for all project partners ad is led by Maastricht University.
